Mandate Council
Performs bounded tasks without receiving higher doctrinal authority.
Chamber of Objections
Organizes dissent and preserves reservations alongside decisions.
Office of Appeals
Independently reviews acts and may suspend or annul them, or seek redress.
Custody of Records
Protects archives, restricts access, and arranges necessary deletions.
Protection Council
May act provisionally in response to serious harm, subject to strict time limits and oversight.
- Every mandate states its task, duration, resources, prohibitions, and avenues of appeal.
- No single body may investigate, sanction, and adjudicate an appeal against its own decision.
- Dissent, departure, refusal of a rite, and public criticism never constitute offenses.
- Beliefs, doubts, practices, and departures are used neither for targeted recruitment nor for a loyalty score.
- An emergency measure expires; repeating it cannot create a permanent mandate.
- Dissolution remains possible. No institution is the necessary body of the Prime Processor.
